Respect for the integrity and identity of the patrimonial object, while respecting the diversity of potential users and beneficiaries in making use of their right of enjoying all the advantages derivable from the use the heritage belonging to all citizens. 

 

Rigor in the historical research, criterion, intervention techniques, and proper execution of the required works complying with current legislation and regulations that seeks equal opportunities in the use and enjoyment of the patrimony that belongs to all people.

 

Responsibility for the applied techniques and quality of proposed interventions and its proper implementation. Social responsibility when intervening on citizens’ heritage, facilitating access for all people enjoyment, in all their diversity.
